Briged connection cause "crash".

My host is a Windows 8 (64 bit). I'm using Workstation 9.0.2 build-1031769 to virtualize 3 guest OS (Win8, Server 2008 R2 and Server 2012) which I have set to Shared VM`s.

I want to share them so other machines in the LAN can use services on them.

When I`m using the Network Adapter on the guest as NAT all is working fine and my host can reach them, but no other machines . But when I`m using the Network Adapter as Brigded my PC is "chrashing". This happen for all my guests and is consistent when using Brigded connection.

My host`s NIC is a Intel(R) 82567LM-3 Gigabit and the settings is a static IP on TCP/IP 4.

In VMware`s Virtual Network Adapter I`have change the Automatic settings for Brigded to my host`s NIC.

Is there anyone in this community who can help me with this problem?

In the Event Viewer I can find the following Error:
