Is X: an internal or external drive? How do the NTFS permissions look like? If not already set, configure/add "Change" permissions for the local "Users" group on either "X:\Viertual Machine\Windows 7 Pro E" or even "X:\Viertual Machine" and make sure you set the check mark on "Replace permissions on all child objects ..." in the "Advanced" settings.
