the custom report of VCOS

Hi, All

I'm  trying vCops customer report.

Follow the "Custom_Reports_Tech_Note.pdf"  I define one sample report about the vm MEM for the testing. But it can't work.

After execute "vcops-viewsreports.sh we-define-report.xml create" error message is:

[Fatal Error] :3:6: The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allow…See more[Fatal Error] :3:6: The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed.

And I have already add the "metric key of mem|usage_average".
