Vsphere Replication connection to remote Applicance with "org.apache.http.conn.httphostconnectexception : connection to http://remote_host:80 refused"

Hi,

I have deployed 2 Vsphere Replication on 2 remote sites with 2 different network subnets

Both sites are able to ping each other. Both side are also able to telnet port 80.

However when I am connecting to remote site of vsphere appliance, SITE PAIRING or BREAK OPERATION with the following error

org.apache.http.conn.httphostconnectexception : connection to http://remote_host:80 refused"

I am confused to where can I troubleshoot the errors on?

Anyone have meet similar error and how do you solve on the errors?
