How to integrate with vFabric Hyperic ?

Hi,

We are trying to integrate Operations Manager with vFabric Hyperic.

By following the guide

But we failed to test the JDBC connection.

We are using vFabric Hyperic vApp and we are not sure about the instance name.

Can anyone help ?
