I am doing P2V of a Physical Linux Machine, its failing with error "FAILED: An error occurred during the conversion: 'root is not found' " Can some one suggest how to fix this

I am doing P2V of a Physical Linux Machine, its failing with error "FAILED: An error occurred during the conversion: 'root is not found' " Can some one suggest how to fix this.. It is not taking root partition disk to copy not sure why its not taking it into account.
