Hi
Conceptual design is covered in a large amount of the VCAP-DCD resources. Dependencies and workflows are something you need just practice unfortunately although the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity course did do lods of wrokflows giving ideas on inter dependencies.
Chargeback is a large portion of the VCP-IaaS and for the IaaS I built chargeback in my lab and practiced it and also watched VMworld sessions around it to try understand it all.
Multisite i'm not sure tbh as i'm not on that portion of the blueprint yet. There should be pdf's around setting up multi site configuration in the vCAT and in the official exam study pdf's if I'm not mistaken.
I know it sounds intense but the best way to possibly learn for the exam is to try build a mock design and make sure you close off each portion and try think of everything. I did it for my DCD and it helped me get my mind into the holistic way of looking at things that designs require
