Coming to Piyush's situation:
Piyush, as I mentioned earlier there is a fix for 5.0, but I am not sure of the fix availability in 4.1. Maybe Aakash can help us out here on the availability in 4.1. My system had similar messages and clearing the reservation helped me to solve the issue. However, one thing I found interesting is that it always happened on the server only with a resource pool created.
