A Dell tech came by and changed out the motherboard on this Dell T3500 because of a broken fan connection and it caused the server to overheat. Once everything was plugged in I went ahead and booted everything just fine. Later on in the evening I tried to boot this VM and I get the error mentioned above. This VM had been backed up in the past, but I was just performing maintenance on our NAS and cleared away the backups in order to redo the RAID and install bigger drives and hadn't backed it up since then. Now I might lose a lot of data if I am unable to get this VM back up. I have tried to attached this VMs hard VMDK file as a secondary drive on another VM and it gives me the same error. I have attached the support files. If anyone has any ideas on what I can do, I would really appreciate it. Thanks for your time, Eddie
