There are two types of touch screen functions. One works with Stylus, the other uses electric currents from human so a simple finger tip will do. For iPad, finger works better.

you were right on. Port 902 was closed. I did a telnet and discovered there was no access to the port. Called our WAN guys and they confirmed. They will setup policy to open it. Thanks much.
