looks like this is a windows Exchange server . Try scanning the drives remotely same as you would do any physical server.  you boot in safe mode , scan it etc . may be try installing antivirus via GPO...

One interesting observation has also been done by running the same test in a VM with only the VMware SVGA driver (no vDGA or vSGA). The FPS is more steady and cpu usage for VLC was also much lower.

yes Currently password aging policy is not supported on eSXi 5 and no plans are currently on to support it.. You can send a feature request http://www.vmware.com/in/support/policies/feature.html

I don't even get a chance to boot into safe mode.  I have tried it. Is there any type of antivirus disk I can use to boot into? I have tried the AVG one but it says n"NO VOLUME FOUND".
