So I am setting up a testlab and have used a combination of the guides in the links below. Installing ESXi seems very simple and it goes through without a hitch. I have successfully logged into Vcenter through the VSphere Client but when I try to open the Web Client I receive a "Page not found" error. I've run through this twice and I'm stumped. The local client works so I'm not sure why the Web Client doesn't. I have tried Https://10.0.0.100:9443/vsphere-client and https://vcadmin.testlab.local:9443/vsphere-client and no luck. If you need more information please let me know. Thanks for any suggestions you can offer as I'm just trying to learn.
vCenter 5.1 Installation(Part 1) – Preparing the Databases
I did all parts 1-5 with this guide. Once i got the error in the screenshot below I created brand new machines, started from scratch and used this second guide below (all parts) but still same errors with the web client.
