ThinApp Microsoft RDWeb Application

I am just starting to test out ThinApp because we are looking for a better way to present our Applications.  Our applications are installed on a Microsoft 2008/2012 RDWeb server and presented as an RDApp.  Is there a reason why when I try to ThinApp one of these the programs, they will not launch?  On the client PC that I am trying to run the ThinApp from, the Remote Desktop service starts but the application never opens.
